Vetted Notice

Financial disclaimer

Vetted Notice provides educational estimates, not accounting, tax, legal, lending, or investment advice.

Assumptions

Use consistent periods, units, and accounting methods. Unit pricing assumes one unit per transaction. Labor is a planning allowance. Break-even assumes stable price and variable cost. The cash-flow bridge needs reconciliation against bank statements and other balance-sheet changes.

Credit card & loan interest

The interest calculator is a monthly, fixed-rate payoff approximation with no new borrowing or fees. It does not recreate daily-interest statements, changing minimum payments, promotional rates, balloon payments, or precomputed-interest loans. For loans, use the contract interest rate rather than a fee-inclusive APR. Confirm actual charges and payoff amounts with your lender.

Job estimates

Separate customer charges from actual materials, labor, estimate, travel, and overhead costs. An estimate fee credited to the job is subtracted once; do not subtract it again as an additional discount. The customer total is before sales tax collected. Owner labor allowances are pricing assumptions and not automatically tax deductions. A percentage reserve is not an actual income-tax calculation.

Taxes and reserves

A reserve is a planning choice, not a tax calculation. Avoid counting costs twice. Review material decisions with complete records and qualified professional advice.

Exported reports are not audited or certified financial statements.
